hey everyone!
Faith here and it is INSANElY hot here in Jersey today. So, me being a fruit addict, ate watermelon, blueberries, and oranges all in one sitting. But, my favorite was a treat i had forgotten i put in the freezer! FROZEN GRAPES! These are so so so so good on a super hot day like today. They're cold, juicy and refreshing and bite-sized! I unfortunately ate them all before i took a picture but i can still give you the simple steps
1. wash the grapes (my family prefers purple but green works too)
2. take them off the stem and place them in a airtight container leaving about 3 cm of water in the container
3. stick them right in the freezer for about 3 hours. they stay cold for about 30-60 min and become easier to eat
these are perfect for toddlers, teens, adults and even my grandma likes them! I freeze all sorts of fruits just like this. ex: watermelon, strawberries, raspberries. and they taste AMAZING. some people like to roll the wet grapes in Jello powder and then freeze. the only reason i didn't include in the steps was because its takes the health factor away (check out my summer health kick post too!). I hope you enjoy this quick and easy poolside snack!
Lots of love,
