Im here w/ Grace and we made CHEESECAKE POOPS! I mean, uh, cheesecake bites. Its the Friday Thanksgiving aka the Friday after stuffing your face w/ food. Today is our second Thanksgiving celebration and we are sharing this recipe w/ you because......well, I want too. Here we go:
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese,softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup of confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon of lemon
Steps:
1. Whisk butter and cream cheese w/ an electric mixer
2. Add sugar slowly to avoid "flying sugar" on low speed
3. Add vanilla and put the bowl into the fridge
4. Once slightly chilled, place into piping bag and pipe then freeze on cookie sheet.
You can use these for decor on a cake or cupcake or eat these like little mints and suck on them like sweet little desserts :-). ENJOY!!!
