Hi guys!
This is Faith with an AMAZING recipe for ya! This is, like, the easiest dessert EVER! It's like a Reese's Pieces with banana. 8 steps and you're done. Sheesh that was easy! :-)
Ingredients:
Bananas (I used around 3)
Peanut butter
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Steps:
1. Cut the bananas into thin slices
2. Put half of the bananas onto wax paper (save the other half for squishing them)
3. Using a spoon, place a glob of peanut butter on each slice of banana
4. Put another slice on top of the peanut butter
5. Freeze them for about 1 hour
6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals.
7. Cover the "sandwiches" in an even coat of chocolate. (you can also just dip half of the banana in chocolate)
8. Freeze for 10 minutes (or until chocolate shell hardens)

Here is what my little sister Hope did. It is a little easier for younger kids and we had so much fun making them together!
The only difference is don't freeze (because it's kinda cold!) and just put a chocolate chip on the peanut butter. :-)
