Hihi!
How are y'all? I hope you're enjoying spring!!! Just got back from Costco and time turned on me. Lunch time was here and if my siblings didn't eat... well let's say we'd have 3 small gremlins. So, yours truly and her mother pulled out Torta Bread, Havarti cheese and some butter. Where did "tray lunch" come from? Well, when Hope gets back from Bible Study, (shout out to all her little BSF buddies ;-) my mom makes her a lunch on a plate with little sections, like a tray. It sorta looks like a school lunch... Anyways, it tastes a lot better. (I shouldn't complain though. My school orders from a really nice restaurant) Here's what you'll need:
Panini press
butter
Torta bread
Havarti cheese (HC)
Steps:
1. Plug in the Panini press and melt the butter
2. When the butter is melted, paint the bread with it.
3. Place the buttered bread onto the hot griddle and put HC then another buttered bread on top to make a full sandwich.
4. While the grilled cheese is, well grilling, find a couple of snacks to put on the side. (I used Skinny-Pop popcorn and Mandarin oranges)
5. Take the sandwiches (when ready) out and cut in half.
And..........DONE! Hope you enjoy!
LUV, Faith
