Aylo folks!
School's out, sun's out, and life's good. OK. Let me set you straight. This is NOT your ordinary cookie dough. This is PEANUT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE CHIP, PROTEIN, CHIA SEED, OATMEAL COOKIE DOUGH. BOOM. Lol ok moving on. It is super easy. All you do is through all the ingredients in a bowl, mix it up, and turn them into teeny tiny bites. This is a hands-on recipe. My sister and brothers loved getting in on this one. Here goes:
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of oats (old fashioned)
2. 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
4. 1/3 cup honey
5. 1/4 cup chia seeds
6. 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Steps:
1. Throw all your ingredients in a large bowl
2. Put on plastic cooking gloves and mix it up
3. Stick the bowl in a fridge open (as in no cover) for 30 min
4. When cold, put on gloves again and ball the lump into small bite-sized balls
5. Freeze for 2 hr ( I did it over night though)
Ok. And....WE'RE DONE!!!!!! Thanks for sticking with me! I have to thank this employee at Whole Foods in Inner Harbor, Baltimore for this amazing recipe. She wrote up the recipe herself and so kindly gave it to me. She was giving out samples for "Tasty Tuesday". (I WISH MY WHOLE FOODS HERE IN JERSEY DID THAT!!!) Alright I have gtg. See y'all soon!
Love, Faith
